Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant

We are looking to recruit an outgoing, enthusiastic, and results-driven individual to help drive forward the company’s brand awareness, through digital marketing, events, communication, and PR activities. This is a role set within a target-orientated environment.

As a Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering key information both internally and externally, across the business and wider contacts. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, Sales Manager, Marketing Consultant and Sales Team to support in the day-to-day requirements of the team.

 

What you will need;

 

  • Achieved or working towards CIM or another recognised marketing qualification

Site Manager

With a number of developments in the pipeline we have a requirement for an experienced commercially aware site manager who can deliver large scale residential development sites of high quality, whilst understanding the importance of the customer journey.

You will have operating responsibility and accountability for on-site construction activities ensuring construction and completion of projects within specified timescales. This includes cost control in accordance with construction processes and documentation, allocation and management of staff, resources and compliance with NHBC, Local Authority and Health and Safety requirements.

 

What you will need;

  • proven experience of high volume residential builds and working to build prorgrammes and budgets
  • experience of managing a diverse workforce including subcontractrors
  • demonstrable track record of achieving targets
  • ability to deliver services of a high standard with a commitment to customer care
  • IT skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Scaffold inspection qualification
  • Degree of professional qualification in a construction discipline

Sales Adviser – Maternity Cover (May 2024 – January 2025)

As the first point of contact for all potential new home purchasers, you will maximise and exceed the sales of residential units to agreed targets using discernible customer service skills resulting in a seamless, enjoyable experience for all our customers and to generate and follow up potential leads for future business.  You will also manage and coordinate the presentation of the show areas to ensure the company’s image is maintained plus maintenance of empty properties in accordance with agreed standards.

 

This role is to initially be based at our Potters Wood, Verwood site, with our sales offices and marketing suites in and around the Hampshire and Dorset areas.

 

What you will need;

  • 2+ years of working in residential new home sales
  • proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets/is target-driven
  • experience in delivering a

Construction Administrator

We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our construction administration team. Reporting to the administration manager your primary role will be supporting the commercial team with defined areas of responsibility.

 

Your key results areas include but are not limited to the distribution of all required documentation and plans, including the requisition of tenders. Maintenance of accurate up-to-date subcontractor/consultant information, via the construction data management system (Dochosting). Processing invoices, and orders and raising payment certificates against site budget accounts. Responsible for input of material prices and manual orders onto the Company prescribed database, together with administration of material purchase orders, delivery sheets and credit requests.

 

What you will need;

  • minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role

  • to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
