- Move For Free’ refers to the package of incentives described in these terms and conditions and does not mean that all costs associated with moving home will be met by Pennyfarthing Homes.
- The Move For Free offer is available on selected plots purchased directly from Pennyfarthing Homes at Whitsbury Green, Potters Wood, Oakwood Grove and Danes Park and is subject to availability.
- Offer available on reservations taken from 1st August 2026 to 28th February 2027 only and is based on the asking price of the Pennyfarthing property.
- This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing reservation or purchases made before the promotional period.
- During the 6 week reservation period, Pennyfarthing Homes, through The New Homes Group or Spring, will arrange for up to three local estate agents to provide market valuations of the purchaser’s existing property.
- The purchaser must agree to market their existing property at a price recommended by the appointed estate agent and acceptable to Pennyfarthing Homes. The reservation period may be withdrawn if the purchaser’s existing property is not actively marketed or if reasonable progress towards a sale is not being made.
- The purchaser must exchange contracts and legally complete within the timescales specified in the reservation agreement (or any extension agreed in writing by Pennyfarthing Homes), otherwise the offer may be withdrawn.
- If the purchaser secures a buyer for their existing property and a complete chain is established within the reservation period, the purchaser will be required to convert to a full reservation and pay the balance of the reservation fee.
- This offer is valid on selected developments and plots only, while stocks last and is subject to availability.
- £24,250 can be saved on plot 152, The Rushbury, at Danes Park on the market at £685,000 as of 1st July 2026.
- A contribution towards Stamp Duty Land Tax (or any equivalent property transaction tax applicable at the time of completion) of up to £20,000 will be deducted from the completion statement on legal completion. The contribution will not exceed 5% of the asking price of the property.
- Up to £10,000 towards estate agents fees will be deducted on the completion statement at point of legal completion. The contribution towards estate agent fees is limited to the selling agent’s commission and VAT only and exludes optional marketing upgrades, photography packages, EPC costs, withdrawal fees and any other additional charges.
- £1,500 towards solicitor’s fees will be deducted on the completion statement at point of legal completion
- £1,000 towards your removal costs will be deducted on the completion statement at the point of legal completion, where the purchaser instructs an independent solicitor.
- A £500 John Lewis voucher will be issued within 28 days of legal completion. No cash alternative is available. Pennyfarthing Homes accepts no responsibility for vouchers lost, delayed, or expired after issue.
- Incentives are non transferable, have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for any other incentive unless agreed in writing by Pennyfarthing Homes. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated. Mortgage lenders may take incentives into account when assessing mortgage applications.
- This offer is not available on First Homes at any of our developments.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Any amendment or withdrawal will not affect reservations already accepted by Pennyfarthing Homes unless otherwise stated in the reservation agreement.
- This scheme is subject to contract, status and eligibility.
- Only one Move Fore Free incentive is available per property purchase and per household.
- Purchasers should seek independent financial and legal advise before proceeding. Mortgage eligibility remains the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Pennyfarthing Homes reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer where it reasonably believes the promotion is being misused or where false or misleading information has been provided.
