How to apply for funding

At Pennyfarthing Homes, we believe in the power of giving back. As a housebuilder deeply rooted in the communities we serve, we are committed to supporting local initiatives, charities, and organisations that make a real difference. Whether it’s through sponsorships, charitable donations, or community partnerships, we aim to strengthen the bonds that make our developments thrive.

To ensure a fair and transparent process, we manage all sponsorship and charitable donation applications once a year. This approach allows us to carefully consider each application and provide meaningful support to the initiatives that align with our values.

If you wish to apply for sponsorship or a charitable donation, please complete the form below. Applications must be submitted by the end of January each year. All submissions will be reviewed, and successful applicants will be notified by the end of February. Please note that we can only respond to applications made through this process.

Sponsorship & Charitable Donation Request Form

    Donation Request Guidelines

    Pennyfarthing Homes is asked to support many worthwhile charitable causes and events each year.

    Whilst we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible, due to the number of requests we receive, we are simply unable to accommodate all requests.

    In order for your organisation to be considered for sponsorship or a donation/donation item, you must complete an application following these guidelines:

    • All donation requests must be submitted via a Pennyfarthing Homes Sponsorship and Charitable Donation Request Form, this can be found on the Sponsorship page of the pennyfarthinghomes.co.uk website.

    • The Sponsorship and Charitable Donation Request Form must be filled out completely in order for your request to be considered.

    • Pennyfarthing Homes’ core values are forefront and we are avid supporters of our local communities, consequently any organisation applying must be located within a 20-mile radius of our Head Office in New Milton or, one of our developments in Hampshire.

    • Your organisation cannot have received a donation from Pennyfarthing Homes during the current financial year (February to January). Any organisation is only eligible to receive one donation per financial year.

    • Pennyfarthing Homes’ sponsorship and charitable funds will be allocated for the year, by the end of February each year. We will aim to respond to all requests by the end of February each year. Requests received outside of the above period will be considered for the following financial year.

    • Pennyfarthing Homes may want to publicise our sponsorship or donation therefore any organisation must agree to this prior. A copy of your organisation’s logo will need to be provided in order that we can do this.

    Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee your organisation will receive a donation.
